When it comes to children, it is best to get them moving as soon as possible so that when they reach adolescence and adulthood, they will still see the value of it. A healthy weight can be maintained through physical activity, so it's critical that they do so. It is likely that overweight children will develop if they do not participate in any other physical activities or exercise. Additionally, engaging in excessively sedentary activities such as playing video games, watching television, or surfing the internet will increase one's risk of obesity. Therefore, it is suggested that children begin physical activity as soon as possible to prevent them from engaging in unhealthy activities.
