How do you fit exercise into your busy life? Saying that there are eight days in a week is also absurd. First, you have never played sports or exercised regularly. Third, you're far too busy to even consider exercising, and second, you've never been a fan of the fitness crowd. To put it another way, you just don't like it.
You've seen it too often; some of your friends are on the treadmill/stair master "on-again, off-again" craze, and you wonder why they haven't shed the fat they are frantically trying to hide. Of course, they talk about it and praise the latest fitness trend. You hold on to the belief that your complete lack of interest is justifiable after witnessing what your friends go through and not seeing any results.
